Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is within Spain and to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City and United Kingdom.

Shipping within Spain:

Shipping within Spain: FREE

Order processing time: 1 to 2 days

Order cut-off time: 16:00 h (local time)

Monday to Friday during working days.

International shipping:

Shipping within the EU: 19,90 EUR

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Spain takes place within 3 to 5 days, and for international shipments within 5 to 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
