If you use your EVOEYE serum correctly for 12 consecutive weeks and don't notice a visible improvement in the growth, density or strength of your lashes, you can request a refund for the product.
Products covered by the guarantee
This guarantee covers exclusively our original-formula eyelash growth serums. It does not apply to the 2.0 formula, eyebrow products, or the rest of our catalogue:
Terms for making a claim
- You may only claim the guarantee on one product from your first order with us.
- The order must have been placed within the last 4 months.
- You must have used a single serum continuously for the full 12 weeks, without combining or alternating it with other eyelash products.
How to make a claim
- Starting photoBefore you begin, take a clear, well-lit, make-up-free photo of your lashes with the date and time visible in the shot.
- Final photoAfter 12 weeks of consistent use, take the same photo again under the same conditions: clear, make-up-free, with the date and time visible.
- Send us your claimEmail shop@evobeaute-shop.com with both photos plus a photo of the product you used.
We review every claim within 3 to 5 business days.

Why do you need before-and-after photos?
They help us objectively assess the results achieved and improve our formulas using real data from our customers.
Why do I have to wait 12 weeks?
The eyelash growth cycle lasts several weeks; 12 weeks is the minimum time needed for the serum's active ingredients to show their full effect.
Can I switch serums during the trial period?
No. For the guarantee to be valid, you must use a single product continuously for the full 12 weeks.
The product didn't agree with my skin — is that covered by the guarantee?
That's a different situation from the results guarantee. Stop using the product and email us at shop@evobeaute-shop.com right away; our team will help you directly.
How long does the refund take once my claim is approved?
Between 3 and 5 business days from approval.
Can I claim the guarantee on a later purchase?
No, the guarantee only applies to one product from your first order with our store.
