Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Returns of non-defective products

We accept returns of non-defective products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unopened and the original seal is intact. For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of products whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact us at shop@evobeaute-shop.com before proceeding. Once the exchange has been confirmed, you must return the original product unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days starting from the day:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items in a single order and these are delivered or are to be delivered in a single shipment;
  • on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the deadline expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

You must return the goods to us or deliver them directly to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly customized to the consumer’s personal needs;
  • contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, which can be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the business operator has no influence;
  • contracts for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the following contracts:

  • contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
  • contracts for the supply of goods that, after delivery and due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods;
  • contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings, or computer software on a sealed medium, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
